I help organisations build services that actually work for the people using them.

I cut my teeth at GDS during the early days, taking one of the 25 GOV.UK exemplars from Alpha to Live. Since then I’ve brought that user-centred approach to the private sector—bridging the gap between what delivery teams build and what users actually need.

I prototype fast, research often, and have worn most hats on a delivery team at some point. Some career highlights: the NHS COVID-19 app, and the award-winning Apply for a Blue Badge. I’m also an accessibility advocate—I write, train, and occasionally get on stage to talk about it.
