UCD team lead for the app downloaded over 22 million times. Led a team of 9 designers and researchers across 5 countries. Oversaw key pandemic phases including isolation support payments, the tier system, and vaccination rollout.
Led a team of designers and engineers to prototype a bespoke Energy Management System. Applied user-centred design principles with cutting-edge web technologies, industrial-grade touch screens, and IoT technology.
Led design and front-end development of the Airspace Co-ordination and Obstacle Management service through beta phase. Created a custom GOV.UK frontend and prototype kit. Tested with pilots and crane operators.
Worked with DfT to implement the biggest legislative change the scheme has ever seen. Designed both the citizen application form and local authority admin tool. The transformed service won multiple awards.
Led a remote, cross-organisation design team to redesign a struggling B2B product. Conducted user research, ran remote workshops, and created an intuitive prototype that tested well with users.
Transformed a failing service to pass its beta assessment in less than 6 months. Delivered both the Civil Service Fast Stream and Civil Service Apprenticeship services on GOV.UK.
